About Laura Varsanyi
Laura is the creative force behind The Creative Muster, and now her own business about businesses - helping others to find their “thing”.
A serial micropreneur, Laura has a knack for discovering hidden gems and turning them into wildly successful products. The brain, the troubleshooter, the hacker. Laura possesses an unfaltering entrepreneurial spirit and intuitively forsees the needed, the desirable and the irresistible.
As a child in her mother’s soft furnishings studio, Laura was exposed to the heady world of beautiful textiles and learned time-tested handmade production techniques.
“Growing up in Canberra, there wasn't much to do but make things. Since I was a child, anything I wanted I always tried to make - toys, clothes, cubby houses, even high-heeled shoes! I was naively optimistic, a problem solver, a maker, and impossible to dissuade.”
Now Laura helps and inspires others to identify and bring into being their creative callings and turn their talents into businesses.
“Both my mother and older sister were extremely creative and industrious. Watching and learning from them as they took their handmade products to markets, I started to see what it takes to create a wildly successful product.”
A natural teacher and mentor, people encounter Laura as a healing presence. “I believe people can overcome great odds in the right conditions.” Laura is honest about her journey with enough grace and care to leave significant impact.
Laura knows the feeling of being perched on the precipice of becoming and that feeling of restlessness. Her mission is to recognises and guide others on similar paths and connect with those who feel they will never be accepted or who struggle to identify what fulfills them. She has a uncanny ability to see people on their own terms and detect strategies that will help them climb from what holds them back.
Give and you shall never feel lack.
